Comes from smoke-free, pet-free, very low-fragrance home. You will LOVE this soft 100% merino wool base layer from New Zealand brand: BaBu. Size 5 year or 115cm for weight 43lb-50lb. I think it runs a little bit more like a 4 year, but I dress my kids with extra room so you may find that it fits between a 4T-5T. Super cute and comfortable and in good condition. Only washed with unscented unicorn products, and air dried. Has a couple small imperfections on the cuffs of sleeves like slightly loose seams and small purple marker stain that you might be able to get out. Small repaired snag on the sleeve, no major holes that I can detect. Cream and navy blue.
BABU is like Engle, Disana, Hacosa, Smart Wool.
